Our aluminium square bars are ideal for frames and structural work when heavy load bearing plates are not required. The geometry of aluminium square bars provide better load bearing capabilities compared to round bars. However, round bars are more suitable where twisting and rotational forces are present,

Aluminium square bars are highly versatile. Typically they are easy to weld and machine, and can be cut to any size. As our products are low density, they are ideal for manufacturing components which require regular assembly and disassembly. We stock square bars in 7068, 2014. 6061 and 6082 aluminium, and 2099 aluminium lithium.
