Modern, efficient infrastructure
We operate from a modern state-of-the-art facility at our Head Office in Biggleswade.
Our Head Office was designed and built for purpose, with efficiency in mind. The planning stage involved the evaluation of our business workflows to ensure that our new premises were future-proofed to perform at the highest possible levels.
Our warehouse includes new cantilever racking, which gives our forklifts easy access to bulky materials. We have also invested heavily in new processing equipment and high-tech forklifts and loaders. During this process, we also modernised our dedicated vehicle fleet.
Smiths High Performance Italia
Smiths High Performance Italia is our new Italian facility, which opened in 2024. Based in Maranello, our operation is at the heart of European motorsport, and we offer the same high-quality services as our UK facility.
Designed for purpose and equipped to the highest specifications, Smiths High Performance Italia serves our European customers with high-quality alloys and engineering plastics. With Italy being one of the most prominent countries supporting motorsport, it is strategically important that we offer our broad range of engineering materials locally. From our Italian operation, we also supply to our customers throughout mainland Europe, including Germany, Austria and France.
Supply Partners
We provide comprehensive engineering raw material support for global motorsport, including Formula 1 teams and their sub-contractors.
