With traceability at its very heart, every piece of material that enters our warehouses carries a unique reference number which stays with it as a record, and a barcode label while that material is under our care. Our systems also perform hundreds of automated checks to ensure order process accuracy, which minimises errors.

We assign a unique reference number to every piece of material that enters our warehouse, which stays with it as well as a barcode label while the product is under our care.
Once a product batch has passed through our goods-in procedures, we record every transaction during its time with us. With a bespoke supply package, these barcodes can also include your own part numbers. Readable, electronically stored material certs further support the process. While seemingly unimportant, we recognise the frustration customers experience from illegible electronic documentation.
