Nickel SuperAlloys
Outstanding corrosion resistance
A superalloy (or high-performance alloy) is one which offers particular superior performance characteristics.
Superior corrosion and oxidation resistance, high mechanical strength with good surface stability and the ability to operate in increased temperature environments are standard features.
Our nickel-based superalloy range is highly suitable for high-temperature structural applications and in environments where corrosion or oxidation could affect the integrity of the material.

Alloying Elements
The introduction of chromium, molybdenum and niobium in, for example, Inconel® 625 results in an alloy with superior corrosion resistance without the need for precipitation hardening treatment.
MP35N utilises molybdenum and chromium but adds cobalt as a significant alloying element; this results in high corrosive resistance and ultra high strength with toughness. MP35N is one of our 'go to' products for motorsport fasteners and particular motorsport components. We also stock Nimonic® and Nitronic® alloys, which offer their own beneficial performance characteristics.

Nickel SuperAlloy Range:
Performance Capabilities
Nickel superalloys offer outstanding chemistry and mechanical properties. Apart from high corrosion resistance, our range also provides excellent performance at high temperatures.
Although utilised in the oil & gas sector, motorsport engineering is a direct beneficiary - with long fatigue life, our products are the material of choice for hot engine components or, indeed, any motorsport applications where excessive heat is an issue. We also supply our products to the highest possible quality.

Modern Stockholding
Our head office includes a state-of-the-art warehouse with cantilever racking to stock and supply engineering materials to the motorsport market.
