Driving Factors:

The most important factor which will dictate our success are the advances in technology for carbon capture or sequestration and supplier innovation to reduce embodied carbon in products, such as low carbon alloys.

Commitment:

While respecting factors outside of our control, Smiths High Performance is committed to doing everything reasonable and practicable to reach Net Zero by 2030. We hope to further this ambition with a formal Net Zero pledge in the future, as we better understand our own GHG emissions.

And if we fail?

If we fall short of meeting the 2030 net zero target, we are committed to continuing our journey, following the same processes until we do.
