Our quality systems are embedded in all our business procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the most demanding applications. Our UKAS materials testing laboratory adds further value to our philosophy on quality.

Product Traceability:

Our quality management system (QMS) has traceability at its heart. Each piece of material that enters our warehouse carries a unique reference number - this number stays with it and acts as an individual record with accompanying barcode label while the product is under our control. We know everything about the product while it is part of our supply chain network.

Industry Leading Bespoke Systems:

Our quality management system forms an integral part of our industry-leading bespoke IT platform. Unlike 'off the shelf' IT solutions, our systems are developed specifically for our needs, which ensures that it meets the challenging demands of the motorsport sector. We also have the flexibility to continually develop these systems as the marketplace changes, which means we offer outstanding levels of quality management, which you won't find anywhere else.

XRF Scanning:

Another example of quality management is our ability to quickly check materials to ensure they have the correct chemistry. We use state-of-the-art XRF positive material identification scanners to check the chemistry of stocked materials and ensure they are the correct material grade.
