PEEK Tubes

We stock and supply peek tubes for motorsport applications.

PEEK tubes offer an attractive combination of temperature, chemical and creep resistance, as well as compressive strength with thermal stability. Choose PEEK for applications in the motorsport sector where grade options give designers more choice. We offer PEEK Tubes in four grades:

VICTREX™ PEEK 450G™:

Tubes are offered in unfilled and unmodified versions, which provide excellent wear and abrasion resistance. High-temperature resistance is also a characteristic. The product is one of the highest-performing engineering thermoplastics currently available.

PEEK CF30:

Our PEEK CF30 tubes are similar to 450G but with additional carbon fibre (30%), which improves the mechanical strength and rigidity of the product. The plastic benefits from low density and high stiffness.

PEEK GF30 & PEEK PVE:

Our PEEK GF30 tubes are reinforced with glass fibre. PEEK GF30 is similar to standard PEEK but with very high stiffness and improved toughness. PEEK PVE is a self-lubricating version of PEEK, which is the best choice for wear and sliding applications. Like all our PEEK products, the plastic offers excellent dimensional stability, and we also stock the product in tubes.
