PEEK GF30 Ultimate

PEEK GF30 Ultimate is a high-performance plastic reinforced with glass fibre.

As with all our plastic derivatives, PEEK GF30 Ultimate offers the same performance characteristics as our standard material, PEEK 450G, but with the addition of glass fibre, the performance characteristics increase even further. GF30 combines high rigidity with superior dimensional stability to provide very high stiffness and improved toughness. This engineering plastic has the best static load over extended periods in high-temperature service.

Machining requires tipped tooling due to the plastics glass fibre content.
