Beryllium Copper Wire

Our beryllium and copper wire products offer numerous motorsport applications including switches, springs and connectors. Features of our product range include higher electrical and thermal conductivity with increased corrosion resistance. If mill-hardened, beryllium copper requires no additional straightening since straightening occurs during the manufacturing process. Fine wires of Ø 0.05 mm are available, and we offer a diameter tolerance of +/- 0.002mm and a length tolerance of +/- 0.2mm. Age-hardening increases the strength of the material.
