Everything we do in Smiths High Performance is focused on quality and value. Our objective is to provide quality and value that is better than any other stockholder in the UK and indeed the World. These are not idle promises! We continually measure both the tangible and intangible aspects of quality and value to our customers. Good quality engineering raw materials behave within their specifications time after time, every time. In our experience this is a crucial requirement of most engineers and designers. They want a material to do exactly what it is supposed to do during both the manufacturing process and during the lifetime of the final product. If the manufacturing process requires a machining operation, for example, the same speeds and feed can be used every time to get exactly the same results. But high quality products are only one part of the Smiths High Performance offering to its customers.
